RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY: Please Email us with any questions at  italiaskyboutique@gmail.com if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.  We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery and handling charge) on receipt. RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE DENIED AND SENT BACK AT BUYER'S EXPENSE.****

Items MUST be in it's original condition and packaging and in perfect, unused condition. SORRY shipping costs WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

EXCHANGES: Need to exchange for a different size? Exchanges can be made by placing a new order online for that item.Please mark EXCHANGE in the new order. After the new order is placed, please follow our regular return policy to return the item. Once your return has arrived back in our possession, a FULL refund for the original transaction will be processed within 3-5 days. (US ONLY) all returns/exchanges must be in their original packaging unworn, unwashed, unused. Failure to comply WILL result in an ineligible exchange. Buyer will have to pay shipping and handling fees to get the item(s) sent back to them. Please check all garments for fits within 3 days - returns for ANY reasons must be authorized within 3 days (72 hours). Returns WILL BE DENIED without authorizations. If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or is not in compliance with return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied, or we will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days if you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise you must contact us within 48 hours to resolve any issues. Damages/Defects must be reported prior to wearing the garment. In case of a defective item or an error on our part, you will need to return the item with all original tags attached. If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 2 days (48 hours) from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged. We will not accept any items after this 2 day period to be returned if it is damaged. *Conditions*: Please handle all products with extreme care while they remain in your possession! Neatly fold the clothing article(s) and place them back in the packaging it came in. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged, unwashed and unworn within the time frame of 14 days of receipt. NO FAKE TANS, ODOR & MAKE UP STAINS. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements, will NOT be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you. After 14 days of receipt all purchases will be considered final sale. SWIMWEAR, SALES and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. It is very important that you ask for a tracking number when shipping your return.
